For all finishes, remove any standing water as soon as possible from the surface.

Catalyzed varnish finish: Included with your purchase is a bottle of Heirloom cleaner and furniture polish. The cleaner may be applied to a microfiber or cotton cloth to clean. When polishing apply the heirloom polish to a microfiber or cotton cloth. 

DO NOT use over the counter furniture sprays as these can contain chemicals which degrade the finish. 

Hard wax finish: Clean with a damp cloth. Spot repairs are possible with hard wax finishes.  
 

Tung oil - Keep the board clean and dry between uses. A mild soap and warm water may be used to clean it. A 2 part citrus solvent and 1 part tung oil blend may be wiped on with a cotton cloth and wiped off for maintenance. ONLY purchase tung oil from reputable sources who use 100% pure tung oil, free of metallic dryers and other harmful chemicals. I have had good results "Real Milk Paint" brand and always received prompt technical assistance. 

DO NOT use wood products in the dishwasher.
